“ Gimmicky place, but it's a staple in the FLW area. Staff has dialogue that is funny, a bit adult oriented. Fudge is tasty! ”
“ Yes, it's a touristy place filled with t-shirts and candy and all sorts of touristy things. But these touristy things say "Uranus Fudge Factory". How can you not leave with a shirt!? It's not off the beaten path. It's a quick potty break, stretch your leg stop or travel gift idea to take back to the grandkids. Depending on day of the week or season, there's ice cream and other little shops in the big lot. But the only thing open the day we went was the big main fudge shop. If you are easily offended by Uranus/fudge jokes...keep driving. If you are a little off center like we are...you'll enjoy the staff and their Uranus banter. ”
“ A fun little stop if you need to get out and stretch your legs. They have snack foods like fudge and popcorn, but the majority of the store is souvenir type things. They have a bunch of Uranus merchandise for everyone who likes making butt jokes. There are a few one person bathrooms with very entertainingly painted walls. ”
“ What a hilarious place to stop! The jokes were endless, the humor came from all off the employees. By far and away you could enjoy yourself by just strolling around. However, I couldn't resist the Salt Water Taffy, so many flavors I've never tried before. We grabbed a few other snacks prior to checking out. If your travel allows a visit I would recommend checking this place out. Our visit was before lunch in the middle of week so it wasn't crowded. ”
“ Hilarious premise and merchandise. The fudge is great too. Dark chocolate was my favorite! Arron helped us sample many flavors and boxed up a bunch of fudge for us. We bought a several shirts as gifts. Great place - we would visit Uranus again lol! ”
“ If you're in the area, I feel like you really have to stop here. I wasn't sure what this place would be like, but the funny things and the songs and the weirdness is really worth seeing. There is also a weird section of oddities they show case. I did leave with some chocolate covered gummy bears. ”
“ How can you not stop at a fudge factory in a town called Uranus? Friends told us about this place. Even though we just went into the general store, it was still entertaining. As soon as you walk in, employees yell "welcome to Uranus." The friendliness of the staff lasts throughout your entire visit. There's a lot of merch with puns about "uranus." They're silly, but I still got a good giggle out of them. There's also the fudge, along with lots of candy, t-shirts, signs and other delightful treats. This is a fun stop along the highway and deserves a visit! ”
“ It's a weird place. The staff is cool. Restrooms are clean. Lots of cool souvenir gifts. Fun pictures to take with family and friends. The BEST taffy! And candy selection. We also got fudge and it was good. Highly recommend the stop if you are nearby. ”
